Our pieces are made with Fabric that are tested before being used, therefore we do not make change for this reason only we are responsible for defects of sewing and embroidery for a stipulated time of 15 days.

Previous recommendations

If you wish to make a change or return, please note that products that do not have the original labels in place, are damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, stained, have smoke or moisture odor Will not be taken into account for this process. No exceptions will be made with respect to these conditions.

In case of receiving it in any of these states, the merchandise will be returned and you will be responsible for the return costs. All these measures are applied to guarantee your satisfaction.

Products that apply for change must be unused, unbleached and unwashed, with all sales labels, in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pati`ya Swimwear, is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping.

All products can be returned within a maximum of 15 days, so that the change can be made.

If we receive a garment that does not meet the conditions listed above, they will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.
