CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. However, once an order has been picked and packed at our warehouse — especially if placed before 2:00 PM PST — we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Patiya Swimwear ships to most countries worldwide.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days.
International orders may take 5-7 business days with express shipping or 14-27 business days with standard shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.

WHERE DOES PATIYA SWIMWEAR SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from California, USA.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer refunds on returns made within the first 14 days.
For store credit or exchanges, we accept requests between 15 and 30 days.

ORDER CLAIMS
Patiya Swimwear is not responsible for lost-in-transit orders or for packages marked as “Delivered” or showing final scan at the address provided.
If your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report or submitting a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?
We recommend hand washing in cold water to keep colors vibrant, and laying flat to dry.
Avoid washing machines and dryers.
Protect your swimwear from oils and lotions, and always rinse after use in pools or hot tubs (due to chemicals).
