Warranty:
Patiya Swimwear guarantees its products against manufacturing defects (seams, garments, or fabrics).
Please contact customercare@patiya.com within the first days after purchase for repair, return, or refund.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and no signs of wear.
• Items with tags removed are not eligible for return.

Returns for Exchange:
• Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for returns from USA and Puerto Rico.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of returned items.

Returns for Refund or Store Credit:
• Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Store credit will be issued as a coupon after verification of returned items.
• Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method after verification.
